Two System check-up completed each year
Coverage Includes 20 Point Inspection:
1. Check & Inspect heating system
2. Clean and adjust burner for gas systems
3. Check electronic ignition
4. Examine heat exchanger
5. Monitor flue draft
6. Monitor refrigerant
7. Test start/run capacitors
8. Clean or replace customer provided filters
9. Measure volts/amps
10. Measure supply & return air temperature difference
11. Clean condenser coil
12. Clean indoor blower compartment
13. Tighten all electrical connections
14. Check thermostat accuracy
15. Lubricate all moving parts
16. Brush off evaporator coil if accessible
17. Clean condensate
18. Protective coating on out door unit
19. Check gas pressure
20. Check carbon monoxide
In Addition:
- 15% Discount on repair with up to a 5-year parts and labor warranty on parts replaced. You must keep service agreement in place with no interruption for duration of the 5 year warranty.
